Family Fall Activities: Campfire Banana Splits


Fall is here, but you can still fit one more campfire weekend in with your family and friends before the weather turns for good! Spice up this last weekend with a new campfire treat:

Campfire Banana Splits:

Ingredients:
Bananas
Mini Chocolate Chips
Mini Marshmallows
Foil
Cooking Spray

Peel the bananas, 1 for each person. Carefully slice the banana open lengthwise, just enough to stuff with Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows. Wrap in a piece of foil sprayed with cooking spray. Place on the campfire grill or right in the coals, just long enough to melt the chocolate.
