Day 14 - Wheat Free

Day 14. I have come to the conclusion that Wheat is not the problem. My skin has not cleared up, and possibly even broke out more?

Breakfast: Wheat free bagel thin with watermelon, cup of coffee and creamer.
Morning Snack - Wheat Free Pumpkin Raisin Spice Muffins. (recipe under "Recipes Tab"
 Lunch: Bowl of Chicken Chili
Snack: Cup of Dairy Free Tapioca pudding, trail mix
Supper: Fresh Stir fry with Quinoa
Snack: Glass of white wine, Pumpkin Spice Muffin
Fresh Face, Day 14, my skin has not cleared up :(
