Day 3 - Wheat Free

Breakfast - 1 Lemon Raspberry Muffin (recipe under recipe tab above)
1 banana, cup of coffee w/soy milk.

Lunch - Chicken Chili
(recipe under recipe tab above)

Snack - Lemon Raspberry Muffin, slice of banana bread, cup of coffee w/soy milk.

Supper - Raw carrots, peppers, tomatoes, snap peas, Ranch
1/2 cup cottage cheese w/1/2 cup blueberries

Snack - 2 cups popcorn w/butter, glass of red wine
Fresh Face - Day 3
