Day Two - Wheat Free

 Day Two - Wheat Free. I did some wheat free baking today, using corn rice flour. My banana bread and Lemon Raspberry Muffins both turned out delicious. My recipes are below.
Breakfast: 1 Wheat/Gluten Free Waffle with 1 T. Peanut butter and 1 banana. 1 cup of coffee with soy milk.
 Morning Snack: 1 Lemon Raspberry Muffin, 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries.

 Lunch: Chicken Chili.

Supper: Fresh snap peas, carrots, tomatoes and red peppers with Ranch Dip.
1 Slice of Wheat Free banana bread.

Snack: 1 glass of red wine & 1 reeses pieces.
