Quinoa, carrots, peppers, celery & sunflower seeds.




Diced Red peppers, celery & carrots.
heat 1/4 cup of Olive oil in frying pan, add vegetables plus minced garlic and sunflower seeds.
Cook on medium heat for about 6 minutes.
Add cooked Quinoa and serve.
Delicious.
My favorite go to #glutenfree Meal.
